Things have been very, very busy at work lately. We had our re-launch party last week so there were a ton of last minute preparations in addition to all the day to day stuff. So in conjunction with that and making visits to the house (and a LOT of LA traffic) I’ve had not a lot of time for our little bloggy blog. My sincerest apologies to our faithful followers.
You all know how fast Ken works by now so I don’t even know where to begin. I’m afraid I can’t get in to the whole “day by day report” thing here so I’ll just post some pictures to supplement the list below.
1. Granite countertops and tile backsplashes have been installed in the kitchen.
2. Master bathroom is 90% complete.
3. House has been sprayed for bugs.
4. Existing bath/ new powder bath has been demo’d.
5. Exterior is 90% painted.
We're not saying that mauve is a bad color. It's great, if used in the right application. The right application does not, however, happen to be a one piece toilet and a giant whirlpool tub. Mauve has no place in a thousand square foot bungalow built in 1944, no place at all. So we're fixing that...

Love the master bath tile floor. Great choice. The kitchen sink is the bomb! And the awning is so much bigger once it’s laid out in your living room next to Ken, who isn’t the smallest person I know.
Way cool. Great to see the progress.
Your kitchen sink makes me want to do dishes, and your shower is inspiring me to go take one right now.

In China, the travel bar was directly below the shower head. What’s the deal? BTW, I’ve got a pic of Kohler in Beijing.
