We're not saying that mauve is a bad color. It's great, if used in the right application. The right application does not, however, happen to be a one piece toilet and a giant whirlpool tub. Mauve has no place in a thousand square foot bungalow built in 1944, no place at all. So we're fixing that... 
She’s right about the cat urine. Some of the floor boards were so soaked over the years they fell apart. Relatives of the Beales of Grey Gardens must’ve lived here.
what about the awning outside? will it stay or go?
